Frequently asked questions

Parcel is the off-hours delivery service for online shoppers. We hand-deliver your packages when you’re actually home!

When you join Parcel, you’ll receive a unique address to enter as your shipping address at the checkout of any online order. When we receive your package, we’ll text you to arrange a convenient, one-hour delivery window for that same evening.

Each delivery is just $5 — no matter the number of packages! There are no membership fees, subscriptions, or contracts. And don’t ever worry about tips — they are not accepted!

We’re happy to deliver multiple packages at once, and each delivery will still be just $5! Please note that the entire delivery must fit within our restrictions: no larger than 72” in linear dimensions (length + width + height) or heavier than 30 lb. Deliveries weighing between 30-50 lb. will be subject to a $10 surcharge.

Parcel currently delivers to all of Manhattan and certain neighborhoods in Brooklyn (below). If you’re not in Manhattan or Brooklyn, sign up above with your ZIP code, and we’ll get in touch as soon as we’re delivering to your area!

Parcel currently delivers Sunday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If you’re interested in joining Parcel but unavailable at those hours, let us know.

Absolutely! Just send us back a text with all the letter options that work for you, and we’ll widen your delivery window to those times.

When your package arrives at our warehouse, we’ll send you a text with four one-hour windows for delivery that evening. If you aren’t available during any of those time slots, you can reschedule for another evening.

We can hold on to your packages for up to 30 days.

Deliveries from Parcel can’t exceed 72” in linear dimensions (length + width + height) or 30 lb. — please note that this restriction applies to the entire delivery, rather than to each package within. Deliveries weighing 30–50 lb. are subject to an additional fee of $10 and may experience a delay in delivery. We are unable to accept oversized and overweight packages, as well as packages that are “collect on delivery” (“C.O.D.”).

Absolutely! As long as it has your Parcel shipping address on it, we’re happy to deliver it. Many of our members have packages from their friends and family (that’s precious cargo!) sent to their Parcel address.

We’ll take care of any signatures and deliver your package as usual.

We’ll contact you immediately when your package arrives at our facility! Until then, we have no control over where it is or when it will be delivered. You can contact your shipper or track your package for more information.

Nope! Your packages are shipped directly to our headquarters, so don’t worry about any of the restrictions of a PO Box.

Your Parcel shipping address is a commercial address. If you’re having any trouble checking out, feel free to reach out!

Yes! We promise to bring the package right to your door.

If you ever need to include a phone number in your shipping address, you should include Parcel's customer support number: 1 (888) 793-7578. This will help the shipping company get a hold of us if they need help finding our address!

Of course! You can always reply to our text before 5pm to switch your delivery window or select ‘E’ to move your delivery to a more convenient date.

If your package arrives to our facility after 5pm, we’ll text you at 10am the following morning to schedule your delivery for that evening.

We use a service called Stripe to securely store your card data and process your payments! Stripe handles transactions for thousands of websites and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available.

We won't be delivering on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
